At The TurboChat, we aim to explain data handling in plain language. This page covers what the frontend stores in your browser, what is sent when you use chat or image generation, and which third-party tools may load on the site.

1. Using The TurboChat without an account

You do not need an account to use The TurboChat. When you send a message or image prompt, the content is transmitted to The TurboChat backend so the selected feature can generate a response or image. Depending on the tool you use, this may involve the AI provider needed to return the result.

We do not sell personal data. We also do not publish public user profiles or account dashboards as part of the current product.

2. What is stored in your browser

The site uses browser local storage for product settings and continuity on your device. This includes chat history, selected model or language, dismissed UI notices, consent preferences, and the local counter used for the image-generation daily limit.

You can clear this data from your browser settings at any time. Clearing browser storage may also remove saved chat history and site preferences.

3. Consent, cookies, and region-based defaults

The site uses Google Consent Mode. Default consent can vary by region, and a country lookup service may be used to decide the starting consent state before your choice is saved locally.

Cookies or similar technologies may be used by analytics, advertising, and embedded third-party services depending on the page you visit, your region, and your consent choices.

4. Analytics, advertising, and sharing tools

The TurboChat currently uses third-party services such as Google Analytics for measurement, Google advertising and AdSense infrastructure for advertising and monetization features, and ShareThis for sharing widgets where those tools are enabled.

These providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser information, page URL, referrer data, and interaction events under their own policies. Consent-managed scripts are bootstrapped through a deferred client-side loader, so they may start after interaction or idle time rather than loading immediately on first paint.

5. Embedded and supporting third-party services

Some pages may also load supporting services such as Google Fonts, YouTube embeds, Facebook widgets, jsDelivr-hosted libraries, or a country-detection service used for consent logic. Those requests are made only when the relevant page or feature needs them.

6. Retention and third-party processing

Frontend storage on your device is only part of the data flow. Requests may also create temporary server logs or provider-side processing records needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, delivery, or compliance.

If you need confirmation about backend retention windows or provider-specific processing for a compliance review, please contact us directly.
